The amount of ozone generated doesn&#8217;t always tell you how much ozone is actually dissolved in the water, which is why direct measurement can be useful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our service technicians use the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gas-sensing.com\/i-2019.html\"> <strong>I-2019 Dissolved Ozone SAM Kit<\/strong> <\/a>to measure dissolved ozone during field service and system evaluations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Is the I-2019?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gas-sensing.com\/i-2019.html\">I-2019 <\/a>is a portable photometer designed to measure dissolved ozone in water from <strong>0 to 5.00 ppm (mg\/L)<\/strong>. It uses the DPD method and provides a digital LED reading, allowing technicians to obtain a numerical result rather than relying on visual color comparison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the Test Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The testing process uses a water sample, activator solution, and a Vacu-vial ampoule. After the sample is prepared, the ampoule is filled and mixed, then allowed to develop for approximately two minutes.
