Our rental units are shipped mounted on a durable aluminum plate, fully wired, plumbed, and ready for operation. Simply connect:
- Power – Standard 120 VAC electrical supply
- Water Inlet – Connect your process water to the needle valve for simple flow regulation
- Drain – Route the outlet flow to a suitable drain location
With this plug-and-play setup, no additional assembly is required. The Q46H can operate as a stand-alone monitor or be integrated with one of our ozone water treatment systems.
Measurement Capabilities
The Q46H provides reliable ozone readings up to 200 ppm with 1 ppb resolution, making it suitable for both ultra-low and high-concentration applications. Users can select from four measurement ranges to best suit their process:
- 0–200 ppb (1 ppb resolution)
- 0–2.000 ppm (0.001 ppm resolution)
- 0–20.00 ppm (0.01 ppm resolution)
- 0–200.0 ppm (0.1 ppm resolution)
Data and Integration
For tracking and compliance, the Q46H includes 4–20 mA output for integration into your control system. If needed, we can also provide an external datalogger to capture and store dissolved ozone readings for later analysis.
Rental Information
- Rentals are billed by the week or month.
- If you select multiple quantities at checkout, this represents additional rental time (e.g., 2 units = 2 months).
