The D16 features a color touch-screen display making this Gas Detector easy to use and operate. Modern USB computer interface makes reviewing your recorded data easy to ready and display. The inside of the Gas Detector has been redesigned and has improved pump control.
D16 PortaSens III
Along with the new features, the D16 also has 2 new IR sensor for methane and carbon dioxide. The D16 PortaSens III has the ability to measure a wide variety of gases and ranges using the H-Series smart sensors. With over 60 different sensor options, you can quickly and easily swap out the sensor out without it needing to be calibrated. In less than 1 minute you can go from detecting PAA to Ammonia.
The D16 PortaSens III is a great leak detection device as its sample wand can help pin-point those hard to find leak locations. It’s also a great device for measuring gas concentrations in the workplace for personnel safety.
