The Series 200, often referred to as the ‘S-200’, has been part of the Aeroqual product range for 20 years. It only underwent minor changes over that time, a testament to its original design. While the S-200 was at an affordable price point, customer expectations on performance and features have changed significantly since we first released it. The Series 300 and Series 500 handheld monitors remain competitive and they are great alternative options for the Series 200.
Can I still make a last order?
For the immediate time being, we are still taking orders for the S-200 Portable Monitors. However, we are not getting any more of these monitors back in-stock. We have a very limited number of S-200’s remaining so act fast if you would like one of the final sensors. After our inventory sells out, the S-200 will be fully discontinued.
What is an alternate to the S-200?
The S-300 is a great alternative to the S-200, and comes with additional features: zero and span adjustment, low/high alarm, 0-5V output. A key feature of the Series 300 gas monitor is the ability to operate in control mode. Using the 0-5V output, the Series 300 can be used to switch on or off an externally connected device or system in the presence of a predetermined level of gas. Using a wall-mount bracket and by plugging the S300 into mains power, it can effectively be a fixed monitor, depending on your requirements.
