Aeroqual Series 300 Monitor (S-300) with Sensor Head

The Aeroqual Series 300 Monitor with Sensor Head gives you the benefits of both a Controller and a Portable. It has relays and voltage outputs, letting you interface with control systems, equipment, or dataloggers. But it is battery-powered, so you can take it with you when necessary. Like all of the Aeroqual handhelds, the Series 300 is available with a variety of sensor head options, letting you specify the gas and range that you need (see the drop-down list above). This kit comes with a single sensor head, but additional sensor heads can be purchased on our Replacement Sensors page.

The Series 300 Ozone Monitor is a versatile monitor with the ability to accurately measure 4 different ranges of ozone sensor as well as temperature and relative humidity, if required. It is designed for ozone monitoring and control in a variety of applications. Ozone concentrations can be displayed in either ppm or mg/m3 on the large LCD display. There are also user defined high and low alarm set points which will trigger an audible alarm when the ozone concentration exceeds the set point.

A key feature of the Series 300 is the ability to operate in control mode. Upper and lower control limits can be easily set directly on the display. Using the 0-5V output the Series 300 can be used to switch on or off an externally connected device, such as an ozone generator, or system in the presence of a predetermined level of gas. By selecting the optional wall-mount bracket and plugging in mains power the Series 300 is effectively able to act as a fixed monitor as well as a handheld portable device.

Calibration:

For those wanting to recalibrate on site the Series 500 allows adjustment of zero and span. Together with the R42 Calibration Accessory and an ozone generator this function allows the sensor head to be fully recalibrated without having to return it to the factory. Alternatively the sensor head can be returned for a factory calibration which includes a renewed calibration certificate. The sensor should be calibrated annually, and then replaced when the sensor fails. (Sensor Life: approx. 2 years)

Interchangeable Sensors:

Sensor heads for the Series-500 are interchangeable, allowing you to detect many gasses with one device. Using the optional carry cases you can keep your Series-500, optional accessories, and spare sensor heads all in one safe, portable case.

Each sensor head will fit each handheld device.  Simply pull the sensor out and put a different sensor in its place.  The S-500 will recognize the sensor and display the proper range and gas on the screen.

Note: sensors for the optional enclosure, R13, outdoor enclosure, or environmental enclosure are all calibrated specifically for an enclosure.  Please specify when ordering if you are using sensor in an enclosure.

Data Logging:

Data logging with the AQ-300 is possible with an external data logger, such as, the DL-3.  Using the 0-5 vdc output signal from the Series-300 the DL-3 can log and save gas measurements.  This is a great addition for your Series-300 monitor if data logging needs are a new requirement, or if portability of your data is a requirement.
