Gas Calibration Kits are a great way to do on-site calibration and to ensure that your gas sensor sensor is functioning and reacting. The calibration kits come in handy carrying case that holds all of the items that you will need to verify your sensor is reading a certain amount of gas correctly. The kit comes with the following:
- Your specified gas cylinder that produces that gas at a certain amount (ppm or percent). So for example, if you are looking to calibrate your ammonia sensor, the kit comes with a 50 ppm gas standard.
- A zero air cylinder
- Gas regulator to regulate the amount of flow from the cylinder.
- 2 feet of tubing to connect from the regulator to the device you are calibrating.
We offer the calibration kits in a three different sizes and for a variety of gases (see list below). If you need to calibrate your sensor to a different range than what is listed on our website, please contact us to see if we can provide the gas cylinder at the range that you require.
