Why Rent?

Flexible, Affordable, and Tailored to Your Operation

Not every project requires buying a dedicated gas or ozone monitor. Sometimes you just need reliable, accurate equipment for a short-term job, a seasonal process, or a one-time inspection. That’s where Gas Sensing’s rental program becomes the smartest choice.

If you are looking for short term use, or even just to test a unit before you purchase, we highly suggest looking at our rentals!

We can rent by the week, month or long term, we will work with you to match what rental period works best for your needs. We test all equipment before it leaves, ensuring that all sensors, bases and monitors are working correctly. We will provide you with new calibation certificates as well as manuals on how to use the equipment.

You will be contacted 2 days before your rental period is up to see if you will need to rent the equipment longer, or if your job is completed and you are ready to return.

And if you’re unsure which device fits your application, Gas Sensing can walk you through your options, provide recommendations, and even create a new rental package for a product that best fits your operation.

Calibration You Can Trust — Every Rental Starts Fully Tested and Verified

Accurate readings are essential for safety and compliance, so each monitor is:

  • Freshly calibrated before shipment using certified gases or NIST-traceable ozone sources.
  • Shipped with calibration documentation for verification and record-keeping.
  • Re-tested and recalibrated after every return to ensure consistent performance.

If you need help during a long-term rental, Gas Sensing can guide you through calibration checks or provide calibration accessories to keep your measurements accurate.

Why Renting Is Often the Better Option

1.) Cost-Effective for Short-Term Applications

If your gas or ozone monitoring needs are occasional — such as maintenance cycles, facility audits, seasonal ozone treatments, or temporary research projects — renting eliminates the cost of purchasing a device that might sit unused most of the year.

2.) Try Before You Buy

Renting allows you to test real equipment in real conditions. If you’re considering a permanent installation, a rental gives you hands-on experience with performance, usability, and data quality before investing.

3.) Predictable and Budget-Friendly

Weekly and monthly pricing makes planning easy. You avoid calibration fees, maintenance costs, and long-term ownership expenses.

4.) Expert Guidance from the Start

Not sure what you need? Gas Sensing provides one-on-one support to help you select the correct device for your exact application — whether it’s ozone leak detection, air quality monitoring, oxygen purity verification, or multi-gas testing. If a rental is more practical for your operations, we would love to discuss a plan for you and bring that option to the table.

Contact Gas Sensing for any questions you may have. If your requirement is unique, we can build a custom rental solution just for you.
