The PMX Particulate Matter Replacement Sensor is exclusively compatible with the Aeroqual Ranger™ | Dust, a real-time, active-sampling monitor that provides simultaneous measurements of multiple particle fractions (PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10, TSP) in a connected, lightweight handheld solution with Cloud-based data visualizations. Suitable for use on a range of projects, including industrial and occupational hygiene, environmental monitoring, personal exposure assessments, and indoor/outdoor air quality assessments.

Overview:
Ranger | Dust combines the capabilities of a fixed monitor with the portability of a handheld device and the power of Cloud-based insights, delivering the ultimate connected dust monitoring solution.
Ranger | Dust lets you see what’s happening at the job site, even when you’re not there, cutting down on site visits. All logged data is backed up on Ranger Cloud, in real-time, wherever Wi-Fi is available. Sign up to receive automatic alerts and minimize data loss.
As soon as you synchronize your data through Wi-Fi, you’re halfway done writing your exposure assessment report. Ranger Cloud’s browser-based software requires no costly IT installation and calculates time-weighted averages, generates advanced charts, and displays exposure summaries against OSHA and ACGIH.
Ranger | Dust is both rugged and easy to use, featuring a long-life lithium battery and a lightweight, ergonomic design.
Experience zero downtime on factory calibration thanks to our Aeroqual Hot-swap service. Returning your equipment to the factory is a thing of the past. Because Ranger’s sensors are interchangeable, we’ll send you a newly calibrated sensor head before the old one’s certificate expires, saving you time and money – eliminating the dreaded two to four-week lag time.
Display:
Using the Ranger Base the PMX sensor will show all PM info on one convenient, easy to read screen.
Each specific PM reading can be displayed individually , including a Min, Max, and Avg reading.
Alarms - High levels of PM:
The Ranger display will alarm, change color, and provide excellent indication of high PM levels as shown by the examples below:
Healthy, good dust levels shown.
Moderately Unhealthy dust levels shown.
Data Logging:
Onboard datalogging with memory stored internally on the Ranger. Data can be retrieved via a USB-C cable or wirelessly.
- 1-minute datalogging intervals standard
- 5-years of data can be stored on the Ranger at 1-minute intervals
- Data exported via CSV file over USB-C cable
- Data can be obtained wirelessly via wi-fi real-time or downloaded with excellent software and functions

With the Hot-Swap Service, you now have the ability to have a PMX Sensor shipped to you annually at a discounted ($600) rate. Hot-Swap is meant to get rid of the headaches you deal with from sending in your sensor for calibration. With the Hot-Swap service, we will send you a new PMX Sensor annually so you never have to worry about downtime resulting in lost data. If you would like to opt-in to the Hot-Swap deal, please click the checkbox before you add the sensor to your cart. By clicking the checkbox you are agreeing to be billed for your PMX sensor at full price, as well as for the discounted sensor that you will receive approximately one year from your purchase date. To remain opt-in to Hot-Swap, you will be billed an annual $600.

This sensor head will be a direct fit onto any Series-200, Series-300, Series-500 or Ranger Aeroqual ozone monitor.
