ATI Acetic Acid vapor Sensor 0-100 ppm (00-1045)
Smart Sensor Modules:
Plug-in sensors store calibration data, allowing sensors to be calibrated separately from the transmitter. This allows bench calibration (or factory calibration) of sensors to reduce the necessity for carrying calibration gas to the gas detector.

Description / ATI Acetic Acid vapor Sensor 0-100 ppm (00-1045)
0-100 ppm Acetic Acid sensor with a resolution of 1 ppm.
Standard Range = 0-100 ppm
Minimum Range = 0-100 ppm
Maximum Range = 0-500 ppm
These sensors come ready to operate in any of the above preset ranges (standard, minimum, or maximum). When you connect the Sensing Module to the Gas Transmitter, you will be asked which range you would like to use. We list the standard range as the sensors range, but each sensor is capable of operation in all 3 ranges.
Smart sensors are calibrated to the standard range of gas detection as outlined in the specifications above. Each sensor can be calibrated to any range within the minimum or maximum range. There is an additional $50 calibration fee for custom calibration, please call for details on custom calibration ranges.
Sensor modules are ATI's newest miniaturized smart sensor modules. Each sensor module is actually a sensor, amplifier, and memory module in one compact package. Because of this design, sensor modules can be calibrated independently and simply plugged into any detector for immediate use. When installed in a detector, calibration data is loading into the microprocessor so that no adjustments are needed. The result is that a detector can, for example, go from phosgene measurement to ammonia measurement in less than one minute.
Using the optional sensor keeper allows up to 4 sensors to be powered by the internal sensor keeper battery and keep sensors ready for use. This ensures maximum accuracy in the shortest time frame possible.
The ATI Smart Sensors are compatible with the D-16, F-12is, F-12D, and D-12 gas detectors.
All smart sensors are constructed of glass filled polycarbonate and use an electrochemical cell for gas detection.
All sensors require a yearly calibration to ensure your gas measurements are accurate and performing within manufacturer standards. This page is desiccated to the individual manufacturers we represent and their specific calibration procedures.Â
