This Calibration Kit can be used to calibrate your silane sensor at 10ppm. If you need to calibrate your silane sensor to a different range (ppm), please contact us. The Gas cylinder is a 58 Liter container and is NIST traceable.
Silane Calibration Kit:
-10 ppm silane in balanced nitrogen 58 liter bottle
-Zero air gas cylinder 103 liter bottle
-Flow regulator for cal gas and zero gas, 0.5 LPM
-Carrying case to hold all components
When ordering you will need to specify which calibration adapter you need based on the Monitor you will be calibrating.
